No matter who your care provider is, where you're planning to birth, or even if you've already hired a doula, you may schedule a 2-hour session to go over well established evidence for what would be the ideal proceduces to include, or avoid in your birth, newborn and postpartum plan, barring any complications or bonafide medical need.

My goal is to support families in their decision making so they will have the best outcomes for everyone involved.  Having knowledge and understanding is KEY to ensure that happens.

Unless otherwise agreed, all Evidenced Based Birth Plan Sessions are conducted at The Educated Mama, in Sanford, FL, Mondays, Wednesdays or Saturdays.

The cost is $50.  Should you decide to hire me as your doula (not available if you've already contracted with another doula), this fee will be deducted from the total balance.
